  • One foot, two foot

    big foot, little foot...

Yesterday, UPS brought a large package from Sierra Tradingpost. I'd ordered the same lightweight hiking shoes for my guys for Easter (so much for timing!) and Jason had ordered another pair, in another style for himself. When he opened the box, this is how it looked:

He got a big kick out the size of these boxes, even allowing that the box with the light colored top is a different style.  His dad's feet are so much smaller than his!

    Here are the "same" shoes:

BTW, Jason's feet aren't especially huge.  Normally he wears an 11.5.

    Faron wears a 7.

    :)

Now, all we need is to put Uncle Faron's size 7s alongside Ethan's size 16s.

    Wowsers.

  • Those are some sharp looking hikers, I wonder if my guys would wear them. I had the opportunity to stop by Sierra Trading Post's store in Reno once, I hear the good one is in Wyoming (we drove by that one on the way to Yellowstone, but didn't stop. I love ordering from them and have a couple of times.
