• The Devil Went Down To...

  Iraq?

  Or at least Charlie Daniels did. 

  Our Joe - Jason's friend since they were in first grade - is in Iraq, with the PA National Guard.  He fixes tanks.  (Some particular kind, too. I can't tell you that. Joe could, if he bothers to look and respond...) He's been there since July and we're praying that he gets to come home within the next several weeks.  (One report suggests May!)

  So, Easter weekend, Charlie Daniels went out to Iraq at the base where Joe's stationed and gave a concert.  Joe was on duty and missed the concert. BUT...

  Mr. Daniels is a class act and stopped by their work area, shook hands, visited a while, and consented to photographs before catching his flight out.
